Jason comes from an entrepreneurial family and has been buying and selling businesses since graduating from UC Riverside in 2008. Jason added Multifamily Real Estate to his portfolio for the stability, cashflow and tax benefits. He focuses on value-add opportunities in order to greatly increase the return on investment. Jason has aspirations of amassing a multibillion dollar portfolio. In order to achieve this, he focuses on keeping investors happy with better than projected returns so they reinvest after each disposition. His main objective is to provide investors with at least a 100% return in five years from each acquisition.
